After eleven years in the fast-paced corporate world, I knew first-hand the toll that daily stress and monotony take on a team. Music was always my remedy at the end of the day. I discovered that any song can be simplified and adapted so that anyone can join in, whatever their skill or energy level. Bringing that music home turned gray, stressful days into moments of real joy and connection. That's what inspired me to become a music therapist and bring the same experience into the workplace, where I now help companies rediscover shared creativity, spontaneous fun, and stronger team spirit.

At Connecting Music sessions, we transform your team into a fully functioning band for an unforgettable hour or two:

Active Play wins over passive Listening:
This isn't a performance to watch. It's a hands-on experience where everyone plays, interacts, and participates from the first moment.

Accessible Jam Sessions
We focus on group rhythm and adapt popular, recognizable songs so that anyone can jump in instantly, no matter their prior musical knowledge.

A New Way to Listen
Teams laugh, embrace silly sounds, and practice listening to each other in a dynamic, open way that traditional meeting rooms rarely allow.

Lasting Shared Memories
More than just a fun break, it’s a powerful bonding moment that builds genuine trust, relieves stress, and leaves your team talking long after the session ends.

We make the experience seamless, inclusive, and tailored to your team from start to finish.

Before the Session
Each participant fills out a quick questionnaire about their musical tastes and connection to music, allowing us to customize the playlist and dynamics specifically for your group.

Creating the Space
We create a relaxed and casual environment where everyone can feel comfortable while stepping out of their comfort zone.

Hands-On Exploration
Participants are introduced to unique, easy-to-play instruments. No prior musical experience or talent is needed; curiosity and simple guidance do all the heavy lifting.

Making Music Together
Whether someone jumps right into the beat or prefers a simple supporting role, every level of participation is welcomed. Together, the team collaborates to build a unique, shared sound, turning individual contributions into one unified experience.
